I liked the location and ease of access

I almost always choose HIE hotels because they're usually clean, comfortable and a great rate. Not to mention the breakfast. This time was very different. The room was extremely outdated, walls were gross, carpet was disgusting and lumpy(?), bathroom needed work, pillows were all extremely flat, the room was exceptionally humid, old AC unit, windows were not clear, alarm clock broken. Not a lot to watch on the television. Lobby was dirty, cobwebs, dirty floors, elevator had a lumpy floor. Probably one of the worst experiences at a Holiday Inn Express!I wish I had taken photos!

Room and bed very clean and comfortable.

Comfy, good breakfast. Helpful staff. Didn’t love the area but was easy to access the interstate for travel downtown

The Bed is EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! And it's very quiet! Great breakfast, excellent variety of food.

very comfortable beds, very clean rooms. staff was very friendly and helpful. the shuttle bus to the game was very convenient too

The location was good with plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. Beds were comfy and ac worked great in the room. All staff members we dealt with were great! Hotel was close to our event at Globe Life Field.

When we parked in front to go check-in, the man driving the trolley van pulled up and gave my husband a dirty look as if we weren't supposed to be there, then he parked the van right up on the entrance where we couldn't even get the luggage rack up the ramp! The lobby and hallways were hot, and the carpet of the elevator was dirty. Cable channels were very limited.

The hotel location is great. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable..

Only one elevator was working, and it was very complicated to go up.and go down with so many guests especially in the mornings. I had to wait almost five minutes to go down in a crowded elevator every day.Besides, the breakfast was very simple. It would have been great if they served scrambled egg or sunny side eggs at least.

It was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, the included breakfast was great! It was also less than a mile to the Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. The parking lot was clean, but a little limited in space, especially with work trucks parking in there taking up 2-3 spaces. Limited handicap parking.

There were only two elevators, one did not work at all and did not appear to be getting repaired, the one that did work did not work well. I am currently under going chemotherapy or I would have taken the stairs. I think it would be useful for the facility to repair the other elevator as one for all the guests and staff isn’t very convenient especially when it is fairly small in space.

Great location near attractions and freeways.

Pool is not functioning properly and is not attended to well. One day no towels. Chairs tossed all over. No shade or umbrellas.

Friendly, informative staff. Made great accommodations for an early arrival.

Musk smell in the room. Bed was not made on arrival but again ok with checking in early.
