- Strictness of pet policy
- Not a 3 start hotel, 2 star at best. Paint was peeling from the walls. AC unit was dusty and blowing dust in the room, shower caulking was peeling, and the shower head was dirty.
- Desk clerk was as "friendly as an alligator".
