- The hotel clerk was rude and she could not find my reservation. I literally had to wait at 12 midnight for 30 minutes after a 8 hour drive. I had pre paid the room and called ahead giving my name to say I would be after 9 pm.
- Light in the thermostat control didn?t turn off
- Bed bugs and staff was slow
