- Staff was nice. No complimentary breakfast was disappointing at this rate.
- On the website, thought breakfast was free. Was not told this before getting food
Cons -
- When leaving the room for check out, we forgot to pick up a porcelain bowl we had placed in mini room refrigerator. In spite of our efforts to retreive it back and the manager's help, we couldn't get it back. Housekeeping should return lost and find items to guests. This simple international hotel policy was not followed at this hotel.
