Modern design
Well lit, cleanliness, fresh air. Excellent first impression.

Cons -

Tried to use the pull out sofa bed but it couldn?t not fully extend because the room was so tiny the king size bed frame would not allow it to be used at all!!! It was a rip off for the price I paid & so awkward!!!
Parking area is open to highly trafficked public mall. Security is of concern.
Sofa pullout did not pullout since room was so small so they upgraded our room to then be woken up at 11pm to other guests trying to enter our room since the staff didn't transfer the rooms correctly
