Hampton Inn White House

They didn?t have the room we payed for. They overbooked so we had to be downgraded to a non suite room.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My bed was very comfortable and clean.

There is a jacuzzi that is filled and warm but doesn't have jets. I specifically looked at pictures and saw that there was a hot tub and chose it because of that. I'm assuming that they weren't planning on fixing it because there isn't even a button.

The hotel was in poor condition for the price we paid. The room was dirty and the tub was peeling apart with moldy caulking. Overall, it felt more like a $--- night hotel not $--- in comparison to other hotels we stayed on our trip.

The location.

Dirty rags left in the bathtub from the maid. There was hair and dead ants all over the bathroom floor. The spot light from outside shined through the curtains and our room was bright. Construction on the floor above us was loud.

We booked a room with a whirlpool tub, but when we checked in they didn¿t have any available. The pool and hot tub were both out of order. We were supposed to get a discount of $30 per night but that is not reflected on my bill. It still shows full price

I did not like seeing a cockroach in the bathroom by our toothbrushes at night.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with the front staff and management upon arrival. When we returned home, I filed a complaint with their corporate office. I hoped for a reply before writing a review, but I have not received one.

We liked the location, cleanliness, and breakfast bar. The staff was also excellent.

The person handling breakfast area was a plus - Nice and friendly. Options were poor - but out of her control.

The pool and whirlpool were out and down for maintenance. Stayed a week and so no action in that area. (Note: from inside sources this has been that way for months from comments). Bummer if traveling with kids. No worth the cost.

The pool was under repair for all 5 days-no maid service-no toilet paper-no soap-no towels-no microwave-no bathroom lock.

Pet friendly

We had to be moved to second floor due to visible mold around window sill. Not happy they couldn't accommodate our request for first floor! This hotel was MUCH cleaner last year when we stayed! Not impressed.

It's clean and has covid-19 rule. The bed is comfortable.

Hotel is close to freeway without noise with many plenty of food places to eat . The Hotel also has a morning breakfast that's very good and included in the room cost .

The new decor is great. Room very nice. Employees friendly and helpful.

I would of given it a perfect 10 if it wasn't for finding ladybugs in my room which I understand is probably hard to avoid. Also no hair conditioner but 2 shampoos. I had a dog so it would of been so much easier for me to be closer to a door.

We got to White House about 5pm and could not find a Best Western. Called their number they are in the process of changing to a Hampton. They did suggest a Best Western south about 15 miles. Checked in there and paid over twice what I had booked for

Our room was clean and comfortable.

Yes, we were unaware that the Best Western was in the process of being converted to a Hampton Inn. All public areas were totally under renovatin and no effort was made to vacuum traffic any traffic areas. No amenities available due to construction.

Location near the interstate and close to my family.

Hotel is undergoing major renovation which was not stated on the website. Indoor pool and jacuzzi drained and unusable,sheet rock and dust and plastic everywhere. Breakfast was super limited and not very good,protein was prepackaged breakfast burrito.

This is a very clean hotel with friendly staff who tried to make everyone feel at home even during the JOnas Snow-In! We really enjoyed our time there.
