The staff was very cordial.
Extra friendly staff, very clean rooms are dated but in very good clean condition
Our room had a fireplace in it. That is a first for me. Room waz clean. Our room had a nice veiw. Staff was very friendly.

Cons -

The free breakfast could use more choices especially for hit foods
Breakfast was cereal or pastry. I recomened eating breakfast somewhere else.
Dated decor in Highland Manor In . Poor location, nearest attractions are the caverns and Great Smoky National Park. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are a 45 minute drive.
