The staff and breakfast was exceptional. The guy responsible for breakfast was the best. Keep everything clean and fresh.

The mattress in room 322 was worn out. It was like sleeping in a hole. We ended up leaving a day earlier than expected.

It was clean and the facilities were nice.

The staff member at the front desk was crazy slow to check us in. It took us 25 minutes and the line was super long. She was rude to someone in line. No extra blankets. Breakfast was cleaned out and not replaced, so little to eat in the morning.

The breakfast was awesome, best hotel breakfast we ever had. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't horrible as far as cleanliness, but could have been cleaner.

The front desk staff was what I liked best! The beds are amazing and the pillows are heavenly!

Its unfortunate that there are short staffed making it difficult for the morning buffet to be kept up and not run out of things. Also breakfast ends at 9. I think 10 is much better for most! Beds dont get made like all hotels. 1x in a week because asked

Air was out in hallways and elevators. Keys to rooms wouldn't work. Keys didn't work to the pool area.

It was close to everything.

The air conditioner was out on the elevators and in the hall ways. The TV controller didn't work. The cards to the rooms quit working after every use. We had to get new cards every time we left our room. We had over 20 cards. I was over charged over $---

NOTHING INESS TOTALLY LET DOWN AND DISPPOINTED DUE TI BEING STUCK WITH A DISABLED 5 yr old CHILD AT 2/3 am being told I had reserved room not confirmed and paid for and they couldn’t edit or change this given numbers to call with only recorded options

I was not helped or assisted at all when informed hotel em ployeewant paid for only reserved and then the numbers to cal were of no help I was left in a panic and totally at a loss with no assist And no microwave

Although the hotel was completely booked, they had the room ready so could check in early because drove 12 hours to attend funeral. (They had a couple check out before 7 am and housekeeping got the room ready for me.)

Location and free breakfast

Changed rooms twice. Shower broke. Microwave did not work. Room not cleaned in six days. Only trash was emptied and bed made-up. Same sheets. Hallways and elevators had mud and stains. Got bites from fleas/bedbugs. Had to go to Doctor upon arriving home.

The cleanliness of the room. The exercise room and pool was a plus

Immaculate; very comfortable.

The family in the room above us was very loud with children running and jumping. They did settle down at a reasonable hour.

I was charged twice. Still have not received my refunded.
