- Staff over booked hotel, I had prepaid days before. They said it didn't matter, first come first serve. Charged extra $20 as well. Very rude
- They tried to charge another $200
- the pictures online aren't the same as the room we got . the bathroom needed alot of work and updates are needed. very misleading with the online pictures
