Landmark Inn On The River Sevierville

The location, the cleanliness, the staff was really nice, and the shower. It was an older shower head but it was 1000 over better than the new ones. It was a nice surprise to discover we had a balcony.

It is a little outdated ex. no USB but we always carry a block. The pillows need to be replaced, they were flat.

The price was good.

The tv remote did not work and the toilet seat was broken. They did fix these things.

Maid service was very good.

Noise level was terrible, largely due to the car rally that resulted in cars with loud mufflers and sirens racing up and down the highway all night. Had I known of this event I would have stayed elsewhere.

Overall it was a good 2 days stay. Clean room provided. Helpful staff. We recommend other stay here.

The staff was amazing! The room while dated was clean. The view lively.

The rooms are dated as I said. The television didn't work for 1/2 of our stay. The shower head is more like a hose nozzle...very weird. The light fixture on the balcony was missing the bulb cover. No extra linens for bed.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, hotel is located close to tourist areas. About 10-15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, an hour from Gatlinburg. Beds were clean, sheets changed every other day and towels changed daily. Close to stores and amenities.

Bathroom ceiling had some small mold spots, our mirror above the sink was never cleaned and was streaky from check-in. Shower head leaked heavily and the shower curtain did little to contain the water. Toilet made weird surging noises when flushing.

The location was great. The view out back of the river was amazing.

The room was a huge disappointment! Everything was old and worn out. Bedding had cigarette burns and holes. Towels were worn and dirty looking. There were cigarette burns in the woodwork around the back door. The tub had a filthy shower curtain. Very bad!

The room had a balcony that overlooked the river. We enjoyed watching the ducks. The outdoor area was well maintained. This hotel still offers the quality I expected at this price from 10 years ago.

I wish they offered breakfast, but that would increase the price. Maybe replace the shower curtain.

Location, right on main road in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge River right behind hotel, grass behind hotel well kept. BEDS WERE VERY CLEAN

Floors were horribly dirty. Asked to go then cleaned and they did not clean. Didn¿t empty trash. Had to hv maint come 2 times to fix door bcz key cards were not working. Door was very loose as if someone had broken in and owner didn¿t want to fix door

Price was great. Room was dated, but appeared clean - no mold or nastiness. Had a great small balcony overlooking a river (or really nice drainage ditch).

Shower had an arm, but no shw head, so water sprayed more than normal and not adjustable. Sink faucet needs a new seal as water came out the fixture arm when turned on, but did drain in the sink. Fire dept made them remove all microwaves, so only a fridge

They did not have basic needs available at desk. Other hotels provide tooth brushes free of cost from the front desk. I pulled out from vending machine, which has a credit card connect (not working). All over my experience was good.

Beautiful patio view! Pretty good location. Quiet place too.

No breakfast, no iron, small bath towels, dirty floors, half of the lightbulbs were missing or not working, bathroom door was messed up

Location was amazing! Nice balcony facing river was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean.

we booked 3 weeks in advance,ground floor king double room when we checked in we were given a 2 queen room on the second floor,when we went to the front desk to ask about the room we booked alls they said was sorry we dont have any very unhappy!!!!!!!!!!

The shower, it's way too low. Everything in the bathroom got wet.

It is an older hotel that needs updating. The shower head was non existent and had little pressure.
