- Rooms are small but they pack a LOT in the small space! I'm disabled and our room had a beautiful stone walk-in shower! Great for me but not if someone is in a wheelchair! Beautiful finishes and the most comfortable beds & pillows we've ever slept on!

- Was supposed to be 2 queen beds would probably measure a double at most ,had stayed before room was excellent and big,the one they gave this time was so small you couldn't hardly get on or off toilet was very upset room and beds were so small bathroom rus

A very nice hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean and rustic, with up to date accommodations.
The breakfast was disappointing and we went to other restaurants for breakfast
Beautiful rooms & great very friendly staff! The pool was really nice. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to our favorite restaurant Five Oaks Farmhouse Kitchen next door for meals!

Slow wi-fi
It was right across the streets from tanger outlets and very close to all the pigeon forge attractions
The room was damp..the carpet, bedding, walls and even the curtains. there was mold on the walls in the room as well as on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom had rust around the door frame and anywhere there was metal in the room.
The room was spacious
There wasn't enough parking spaces at the hotel. Lacked amenities such as microwave.
I asked for a room looking at the horses. We have stayed here three times just because my two year old son likes to watch them out the window. I did not get a room looking at the horses. My bathroom had long black hair over the floor. They did clean it.
The location of hotel being at a red light helped to get in and out to road easy.
