Outstanding breakfast
One of the two nightstands beside the bed did not have electric plug in, or a USB. Both of us needed this as we both use a CPAP.
Employees were exceptional. Hotel employee at check in was great. Canâ≢t remember two names, but the lady at checkout went above and beyond to help me as well as a lady who brought me extra items to my room on January 6th!!
Snacks were a little expensive but I guess thatâ≢s with any hotel.
We had a room with double beds and one bed had bed bugs. I know things like this can happen, but I was very disappointed after spending the amount of money for the room. We came back to the same town a day later and stayed somewhere else.

The location was great! The room, beds, bathroom, etc. were all clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.
Bathroom trim room 311 had gaps. Door handles into ice machine area 3rd floor installed backwards. Internet down Friday morning. Reported to manager who blew us off. Reported it again Friday night. Still not working Saturday at check-out.

Needs walk in shower instead of tub for mobility issues
