Good location to where I am working

Smell like cigarette smoke even though I booked a nonsmoking room.

It was close to the downtown area and the breakfast was good and hot!

The bathrooms need to be updated.

The exterior seems ok. It looks like a decent hotel from the outside and at first glance upon entering the room it looked decent

It was not super clean in general and i could have lived with some of that but the bathroom was absolutely horrible. The shower had thick black grime along the bottom edges all around and the walls of the shower were dirty. The floor had obvious dirt

Yes! The room smelled like smoke. One bed had grease on the sheets. Asked for new clean sheets took 40 minutes to get new sheets. Toilet had not been clean.

It was quiet.

Could not use shower due to the shower rod coming out of the wall. 7am trying to tell someone at the desk; no one there. Waited 20mins. No breakfast out. Breakfast was posted as 6am-9am. 8am finally someone at the desk. Didn't seem to care about the issue

The door needs to be replaced. It was missing the top lock. The dead bolt did work.

Can't think anything good.

This is third time I rented a room. Each time I got room 105. Each time the power to the desk lamp was out. The AC outlet in the restroom are off. Some thing wrong with the TV, the sound isn't very loud. The is a big stain on the top sheet.

Comfortable bed and room was clean. I was staying for work and didn't need anything fancy. Meet my expectations.

Staff announced room number out loud to all guests for to women checking in Front office reeked of marijuana

When I was leaving I wanted to pay cash instead of using my CC.he told me there would be a $50 deposit for that when I was checking out. Is that common practice now?

Had fridge and microwave.

Staff very unfriendly. Use Roku for tv but had to have staff log in to use it ! Only one lock on door. Coffee maker but no coffee pot ! Mold in bathroom.

Hotel had no cable- no TV AT ALL. went to room, IT HAD HORRIBLE SMELL. Maybe cigarette smoke or a strong spice smell. Not good, asked for another room , nine availailable. Returned our keys after 5 minutes, she said she would refund us for the room.

The price for the room.

We were traveling and were very tired so we went to bed around 9:30. We were awakened by sudden loud music with a strong bass beat. I got up and banged on the adjoining door. The music was still loud so I banged again. He came to our door and apologized.

Requested king bed, 1st fl, put on 2nd fl. Had trouble with steps. later moved to 1st fl handicap room with only queen. Room configuration was terrible. Watching tv was neck breaking. Toilet paper was like using tree bark.

Was given a smoking room and told that was what my reservation said. I had left my phone in the car. The room was disgusting. I'm a non smoker and did NOT reserve a smoking room. She wasn't clear where the room was located.will not reserve there again!

We canceled our reservation. The bed sheet were dirty with blood. We are requesting a refund. We ended up staying at a different hotel. The staff was great. Especially the lady at the dedk

The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water.

It was not as clean as I'd hoped. Dirty in the corners and baseboards.

The room seemed to have recently been renovated. New fixturess, floors, paint, etc. Nothing fancy, but a clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast selection was poor.

A staff everyone was five stars they went out of their way to please you and the most friendly people I ever met because of that I want to live in this town and buy a house and move her

Throwing all the food away when it was time to close the restaurant I don't know why they can't give that to the homeless
