Wifi didn't work and the rooms need updating

Was overcharged and stayed there a week but the girl at the front desk didn’t know what she was going and then they basically said sorry you lost your money.

Smill old, room still like smoke , breakfast options

The bed appeared to be clean and the rate was fairly cheap

Shower was dirty and had used towels still left in the room, floors were dirty, breakfast was minimal and not as advertised, room smelled like smoke, connected restaurant was loud which leaked into the room (quiet after 11pm)

The property is in great decline There were people staying in a back stairwell There was trash there and it was smelly in the room and through out the open areas- Hall and stairs The staff were trying all that was possible being understaffed Not good!

Nice clean rooms. Overall hotel was good.

Indoor pool was not operating. That was one reason I booked the hotel for my kids. 2 days in a row, no milk for cereal, so that was a waste of a bowl and cereal, why not put a note on it.

It was dirty. Everything was absolutely dirty. Pull out bed had literal dirt on it. No blankets or sheets for the pull out. Shower had brown stains in the tub.

The room was not good. Holes in the comforter, rust all over the bathroom from cheap fixtures & condensation as the fan didn¿t work. A/C didn¿t work. Then you get a complimentary ¿hot breakfast¿ which had zero protein options.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Staff always out side front doors smoking. Parklot full of intoxicated people from Bar

The layout of the room was great & the breakfast was nice.

It was VERY noisy! Could hear everyone walking (stomping!) above us & the doors slam all around us. Didn't get much sleep!

First , there were no soap or shampoo, second Ice machine I was told that it was at end of building but employee did not tell me it was out of order. Second employee in the morning was sitting in the lobby, I walked in looking for someone at counte

Poor service

Room smelled, cobwebs in corners, dead lady bugs in room, shower head covered in hard water stains, full size beds instead of queen. broken fixtures. not friendly staff. Front desk not attended to. pre-arrival requests not met, even after calling ahead

Very nice large room. Very clean. Breakfast was ample and nice. The staff were very nice & helpful. Very convent to the next door bar & grill for meals.

Breakfast menu was same every day we were there. Ask for toothpaste and they did not have any and I asked every morning.

It was clean, had a great breakfast, and was in a great location for our trip.

We had trouble with the tv, but it could have been user error... But seriously, tv should pop up when the power button is pressed, not a blue bouncing box that says "no signal" (room and fitness center)...

Size of room

Was told late check out at 1:00pm was ok. Then told at 11:30 to check out at 12:00. Compromised - 12:30 since I was away at the time. However, while I was in route, they scared my 12 year old daughter at 12:19 wanting the room vacated immediately!

There is a bar connected and they don't leave any spaces open for guests that are staying at the motel. We showed up and couldn't park. They need to either make a bigger parking lot or designate parking for motel guests only.
