Pet friendly. Room was clean. Loved the shower. Water pressure was great. Both elevators were working. Second time I've stayed here in 2 weeks. Same room also. Will be staying here again.
Room is small compared to other places. Couldn't check in when we got there because internet was down but that is not their fault. They got us checked in quickly once the internet was back up. Beds could be more comfortable. A bit too firm for my back. But overall a good place to stay since as seen above this is my second time here in 2 weeks.

Good location. Variety of breakfast foods. Liked that it had no carpets on floor, makes a cleaner room. Liked that it had walk in shower, no tub to climb over. Clean rooms. Definitely will stay again.
Limited channels on TV.

For the price the location was great and the hotel was so clean and awesome amenities!!
The blankets on the bed could have been a little bigger and thicker as they were very thin and small for 2 people to use.

Nice hotel, good location for attractions, clean room and hotel grounds, good breakfast.
Our room was across from a ball field that was busy every day from early in the morning. The ball field played very loud music starting at 7am and loudspeaker announcements too. Very loud and woke me up every single morning.

Great location, nice amenities, pretty view
Beds were VERY hard, not a lot of storage room if you’re staying more than a night or two.

I loved everything about. It was very nice and an amazing location.
There was a smell in the bathroom and the shower leaked. I tried contacting the hotel through the app but could never get anywhere with it.

The minute you walk in the front desk person is smiling and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The location to Gatlinburg is great.
