Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room and great breakfast. Plenty of parking and hotel is set back from the main road so is quiet. Great location to explore the GSMNP.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, conveniently located, quiet at night. Do not hear the road noise of the parkway. Close to things.
We did not think the bed or pillows were very comfortable but we never like hotel pillows so I would not let that stop me from staying here.

Location, staff, and hotels itself. Very clean.
Breakfast was just the normal everyday hotel breakfast. Would be great to have a hotel that had something outside of the regular waffles, eggs, etc. Anyway, breakfast was the norm. Not hreak but not terrible.

The hotel stay was amazing. We were at an excellent location; minutes from all the attractions including Dollywood, which was minutes away. The staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean. The cleaning crew are ready and on point to clean your room and help when you need them. They are very efficient. We've stayed at a lot of Laquinta hotels and this was the best one, though they all have been nice to stay. The breakfast was amazing and you get a variety of things to choose from. We will always come to this hotel when we return. Everyone at the front desk, no matter who is there, are very helpful and very pleasant and greets you whenever you go out and come in. My husband and I truly had a wonderful experience. Thank you Laquinta.

Very nice motel. Employees were friendly. Room was comfortable and bed was very comfortable.
We could hear banging from some of the other rooms and road traffic!
