Breakfast was ample and plenty of choices; fresh cooked eggs, waffles/pancakes, sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, tea/coffee.

The bottles of lotions, shampoo etc. are tiny so there quite a bit recycling waste. Gym is very basic and equipment is old.

The location is great

The shower took ages to get hot. I had to call someone from the staff to help me.

Nice hotel, quiet location, bit of a walk to Broadway strip but close to the Gulch. Adequate breakfast, comfortable bed and spacious room.

Too much reliance on disposable stuff, plastic cutlery etc. no different to lots of other places but still a minus point.

It was our girls’ trip, and the stay made it truly unforgettable. The room we got was exceptionally beautiful with an awesome view. The hotel was neat and clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were exceptionally good — very polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the live omelet counter during breakfast was just awesome!

Highly recommend- Broadway is 15mins walk

The staff and their welcoming beside constant availability to respond to pour stay. The location is very convenient from walking distance and easy access to downtown.

While the breakfast offers easiest take it lakes of offers and limits the options as very "domestic", American-English style. One of the point being the plastic and carton.

The location is good. They have a massage chairs in the loby that is a nice touch.

The shower was very difficult to handle the temperature of the water was not constant.

The water was cold no hot water no matter how long you ran it. Breakfast was bad and staff were rude and not friendly at all

I had not noted that parking was $20 per night (I'd searched for hotels with free parking). I may have just missed it in the description, but just giving a heads up to other potential guests so they don't miss it, too. Although based on what we heard from our tour guide at the Grand Ole Opry, that sounds like a pretty reasonable fee compared to other parking on/near Broadway. I also wish the hotel decorations that recognize the country music artist would replace some of the repeating photos of the same artist over and over again with some more lesser known but very important artists, including historical artists like DeFord Bailey.
