- Staff/waiting in line to check in/waiting in line for the elevators/waiting for additional blankets/waiting for a response to the text messages because you can?t call down to the front desk
- Front desk staff was young and very unprofessional. Rooms was very dingy and in need of repairs and updating. Breakfast was cold and unappetizing. There was only herbal tea (non-caffeine). Hotel side doors were inoperable (fire code/unsafe).
- 25 dollars for parking in an unsecured lot. Upon check in the front desk wasn?t much help, problem with the reservation . However she appeared to be the only one working .
