- The two upper management/owners were very accomodating. Management was aware of the female that wasn't doing her job and said it was difficult to find qualified employees and we all have been experiencing that the last few years,

- Yes! Too much to list here. Here are a few: No safety latch on door. Woken up at 7am to drilling & hammering in room above. Rm next to us shattered their front window at midnight. We called front desk, they did not care. 2 days later, still not secured.
- The bed had something hard like metal coming through the mattress you could not sleep good if you got any sleep your back hurt when you got up.
- Roaches and room not worth the money especially without a refrigerator

They had a female employee that wasn't doing her job at making sure the breakfast items were being replenished. When she was on duty she had to be told by the guests that they needed something and she would just get that item and not replenish the rest.
