- One towel smelled funky/used. Bed sheets smelled strange. Sheets also did not fit the bed correctly. Blinds were stuck in the closed position all trip. Wifi was not reliable.
- it took us 50 min. to get into our room as we had been given a bad PIN Number.
- Door codes via the app were difficult at times, didn¿t always work.

Convenience to Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities which was the primary reason for our visit. Quiet neighborhood feel, but close enough to downtown to enjoy Broadway.
Plumbing must be very close in the walls because noise from shower and flushing in other rooms was noticeable.
