Mountain Empire Motel

Pros +

• Close to town.
• Absolutely nothing good at this motel. The room was dirty, bugs on the floor and bugs in the bed. I would have slept in the car if I could. I do not recommend this hole in the wall. There was no breakfast!!!! Find a better place.
• The motel was fine. It was clean enough and everything worked. I never saw any staff member for two days after I checked in which was fine with me. I like quiet and that was okay.

Cons -

• In need of much repair.
• Room was outdated, carpet stained, walls marked up.
• The pictures do not show what you will show up to, it is a very run down place and not taken care of at all. The room is not clean and we had a very hard time sleeping. I was so grossed out with the bed sheets and carpet. Do not stay here.
