- $243 a night after tax, did not include breakfast. This building is shared by Holiday Inn and AVID, customers of AVID received free breakfast, and AVID is pet friendly. Understand... this is in the same building. I paid for a premium king, it was clean and comfortable, but I was looking for the Premium part. I even asked the desk clerk, he said premium rooms are wider... ok...I've stayed in some premium rooms for this price. Usually has a separate living area, couch coffee table and a tub, not just a stand up shower. As I've said, clean comfortable, nice staff, great location, but the value is not there for the $$Oh, and only two full size luggage dollys for a hotel this size...
- I have stayed in holiday inn for years. I used to travel for work a lot and holiday inn was always reliable. Bed are coming and the shaft is usually helpful.
- I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and it was reasonably priced for a Holiday Inn & Suites.
Cons -
- No breakfast included.
- The breakfast was not included, the room was crammed with furniture making it very hard to navigate. The elevator was so loud and obnoxious.
- Our refrigerator did not work and the AC unit was not turning off or adjusting.

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and it was reasonably priced for a Holiday Inn & Suites.
