Proximity to the USA baseball fields in Millington.
Pros: Good pricing, friendly and helpful staff, clean room
The room seemed clean. I didn't notice anything wrong. The staff was very polite.

Cons -

Extremely dated but I knew that going in.
Cons: Street noise was loud, there was a strong "perfume" smell which I would contribute to the cleaning products but it was a little off putting, other guests were loud throughout the night

The location and price were in the range we wanted. What surprised us is the staff (very personable) and the room itself. It was an excellent value for the price we paid.
