Above and beyond customer service. The front desk was super friendly and helpful.
Everything! Awesome Hotel and Great location! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! Hotel had a nice bar and the bottom level had a great restaurant with good food and drinks!
Central location, large sunny room with nice amenities (except no in room coffee maker), friendly staff, nice food choices, and a lively lobby bar.

Cons -

WiFi didn?t work at all, staff at front desk was not warm and welcoming, options for food and drink are awful
We had an issue w our hot water the first night, but they were very helpful and responsive.
ItÂ¿s just on the cusp of becoming really dirty. Lobby furniture is covered with dog hair (itÂ¿s a dog friendly hotelÂ¿but do they have to allow the animals on the furniture?). The Friends-esque lobby is quaint but almost trashy.
