I liked the location. It's close to several food places and gas stations. The grounds were well kept. The room was inviting. The bed was excellent!
There was no refrigerator in my room, and the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty. The front desk receptionist was not at the front desk when I arrived. I could hear someone in the room behind the front desk, but as there was no bell to alert them, I waited several minutes. Finally, I just yelled, "Hello?!" She popped her head around the corner and then apologetically and kindly assisted me. Later, I went back downstairs and saw another set of customers waiting at the empty front desk to check in.

There was nothing I liked about this hotel I was attracted to the location however if I would have known the hotel was this horrible i would have never stayed there
The service was horrible the cleanliness was horrible the bed was hard as a rock the whole experience was disappointing I ALSO CALLED CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN AND THEY ACTED LIKE ALL THEY WOULD JUST DISCONNECT WITH ME AFTER TELLING ME TO WAIT DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

There was nothing I liked about this hotel I was attracted to the location however if I would have known the hotel was this horrible i would have never stayed there

Location was good.
Breakfast was terrible. We could not get hot water (just very lukewarm) in the shower, the phone did not work, and the toilet seat was loose. When I brought these matters to the attention of the desk clerk, she just said, "Uh-huh, uh-huh." No offer of compensation, no apology.

I arrived around 9pm. There were 4 other parties waiting to check-in. I personally waited approximately 20 minutes before others were checked-in because no one at the desk so I would say they were understaffed. The clerk did apologize that she was on break and it did not appear to be flexible. Also, the water never got warm enough to take a shower. The toilet leaked causing water on the floor. I had stayed at this hotel years before, and I would have given a great review and recommended. Location is great, room clean. Disappointed.
Make sure staff is available. Keep breakfast hours until at least 10am. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues.

The location was nice
Room had a muggy feel to it. Bed sheets wasn’t clean. Sink in bathroom was clogged.

Very rude front desk people.? Room was supposed to have a fridge & microwave according to what I paid for online. Get there, and the one behind the counter says there's nothing that she could do.
