- tv didn't work and staff said maintenance was gone home move cable wire if that didn't work will move me to another room she went home and never checked back with me. Had to ask for towels several times room wasn't service not what I expected
- Elevators One out of order the other you had to continually push the button to make it go It automatically stops on every floor The room door was stuck, nearly impossible to close , my wife would not be able to to lock the door Out of conditioner
