Great location, room was nice

The staff were so friendly and kind. We felt like family. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and clean.

The employees were polite, respectful and helpful. It is a nice hotel that is pleasant to stay at.

There were parts of the building and room that needed a deep clean not just topical cleaning.

Nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and large flat screen TVs. Temperature was 101 outside and room was a nice cool 69! Security was present and visible in the parking lot especially at night.

Great location

My car along w 4 other cars were broken into taking my son back to college. We lost over 3,000 worth of stuff. Was broken into at 8:00am in the morning. Police never came. Not hotel fault but very bad experience.

Nice hotel. Since it is a Hilton brand I expected larger rooms and better parking but overall my stay was good. Security was very present which made me feel safer. I would recommend for overnight stay

Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Was able to walk to the movie theater (which was extremely nice), Whole Foods, and Ben & Jerry’s all in one trip. It’s a great location to not have to drive far to get anywhere

Really disappointed in the cleanliness and readiness of the room. The couch had multiple stains and wear/tear. When I folded out the bed in the pull-out couch, there were no sheets on the bed and none to be found in the room. The mattress had questionable staining on the front and back. When I called to get sheets delivered up to the room, I was met with a housekeeper who knocked on the door, dropped them on the floor, and pointed when I opened the door. Never said a word. Just pointed and left. The availability of blankets was also an issue. I needed 2 blankets for my kids and was told I could only have 1. I’ve never experienced a hotel who could not give more than 1 blanket to a room. The recessed light in the bathroom was hanging on by the wires connected to it. Completely exposing the wiring to the humidity of the bathroom. We were only given 2 towels for a 4 person stay. For the money I paid to stay at a higher-end hotel like the Double Tree, the experience was less than expected.

Great location. Free parking. Nice bedding.

Had to move rooms due to wiring issues. Strong smell of bleach emitting from bathroom. Restaurant staff unorganized. Bland food. They are refurbishing the rooms. Make sure you ask for an updated one.
