The location was great
I told front desk that the toilet was something wrong they said while we were out saturday they would fix it and they didn’t. The constant kids running all over the place and yelling and knocking on random doors was ridiculous and the staff didn’t do anything about it.!!! We stay at Embassy Suites a lot and this one was by far the worst comfort and unpleasant experience with the kids running and yelling and staff not trying to even stop it! And then the breakfast this was the first embassy suites that I’ve been too that used styrofoam plates flimsy silverware and plastic cups and paper cups for coffee and juice. All the others I’ve been to is proper dinnerware with actual coffee cups!

Easy to find. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby
Shower was moldy. This surprised me! Toilet is also loose from the wall. ?

The room was clean.
Check in took 45 minutes. Staff members threw my food away that I ordered offline. At breakfast the juice machine was broken or empty.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. George at the frontdesk provides excellent customer service.
The hotel room was not renovated. It was in total disarray. The hotel is undergoing renovations which is fine, but the room they put us in was filthy, stains on furniture, rips & holes, dirty air vents, tub & toilet, pictures on the walls, light fixtures.
