- the closed doors if you didnt stay at the hotel you could couldnt wander around

Cons -
- alot of stuff didnt work hot water battery on door died.
- Was not able to get a room I already paid for or a refund and the front desk clerk said they was nothing she can do about because the system was down so I was forced to get another room elsewhere and basically just lost money at no fault of my own
- Cleaning staff was rude and if you stay more than one night they don't clean your room
