The location was good. It's close to Graceland.
I can break this down into 5 areas... A) Gates not working with cards.B) Air Conditioner not working.C) No IceD) No phone to call reception desk.E) Room cleanliness.

the hotel was dirty the hallway smelled like urine and the hotel has roaches

I like the location
Service when checking out .the room was in horrible condition the outside was garbage everywhere this place would not pass inspection if corporate inspection is done I have pictures of this condition.

The location was pretty close to downtown, which was nice. Otherwise, I didn't like anything,
The staff were confused and confusing. The room was missing the shower curtain, the phone, the TV remote, and the door latch. The shower itself did not work, and the door didn't close properly. The walls are thin so it's very noisy.

Good location
Had persons dragracing and spinning donuts in parking lot. Had to have office call police. Room only had one towel and one washcloth in it,even though we were booked for two. No microwave or fridge. And no breakfast served. Ice machine broken.
