Connected via sky bridge to the Knoxville Convention Center and located in the heart of the city center, this hotel provides modern amenities along with first-class facilities and services. Only a short distance from the Hilton Knoxville is the University of Tennessee campus, which is less than a km away. Guestrooms are furnished with a flat-screen TV, work desk and seating area. - Worst service ever booked a room online I showed up he looked at my ID then told me nothing was available talk about discrimination!

- Lies lies lies that?s what the staff here do They lied and said I was a no show when in fact I showed up to less then 20 minutes before booking was maybe 8:30-9pm And it?s been hell trying to get my money back before staff is lying I am very upset
- Was just a very average hotel. Couldn?t figure out breakfast and desk staff weren?t the most friendly
- Paid alot of money for a parlor room and was disappointed on the size of the room compared to the pictures. Hotel is showing age. Large cracks/openings near the bottom of door is a security issue.
