Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville West/Cedar Bluff

Room was spacious

Tub was disgusting.

Spacious room, comfortable bed

Water stains and visible filth in the commode. Shower insert appeared to have scrapes in floor surrounding drain where filth had settled into the crevices. It gave the appearance of vomit that sat and dried.

Nice hotel. Good location.

The location was nice and quiet.

The hot tub is outside and was closed, the website during booking didn’t specify, it would have been nice to know. but the pool was nice.

Overall, it is a nice and clean hotel. The location is near the highways but it is a bit far from Knoxville downtown if someone prefers to stay within the city.

The pool is too small to swim in. The picture from the website looked big to appeal to the customers but it is actually not.

Location, plenty of eateries and shopping nearby, many within walking distance. Short drive to downtown Knoxville.

The breakfast service could have stayed refreshed more frequently, there was only 1 cook and that made it challenging.

Room was very comfortable and well designed

The food at breakfast was TERRIBLE and not happy that we had to pay 9.95 per person. Threw most of it away.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby area was friendly and welcoming.

I was disappointed we couldn’t use the pool this time.

The location was great.

When I arrived in the room the toilet seat was cracked, the refrigerator did not cool my food properly it was almost in operable and part of the baseboard was disconnected from the wall every time I opened the fridge it slid out from the wall.
