The Oliver Hotel was such a great place to stay in Knoxville. It has a great location, was clean and had a lot of charm. The decor and art work was adorable. The front desk person Chris was so helpful and responsive and gave us great suggestions where to eat and where to go in walking distance. He recommended the Oliver Royale restaurant attached to the hotel and it was so good we ate there both nights of our stay. He also recommended the attached Speakeasy bar, which was fun.
There were no negatives. A grab bar in the bathtub would be helpful for safety.

Gorgeous property and great location. We were in a very spacious room and all the staff were marvelous. Wonderful restaurants.
