  • The breakfast was great we loved the buffet style… the scenery was beautiful…
  • The staff members were amazing. I love that check out is 12:00.

  • There wasn’t anything we was unhappy with…
  • 30 day hold on my account
  • I didn’t like booking through booking.com. I learned not to ever do that again. I clicked to book a room that was refundable. The next thing I know I was charged for the room and it said it was non refundable and can not change dates. The only number that was given through my email was the hotel. The hotel can’t reimburse for it. It must go through booking.com. I got the number for book.com and it goes to an A I which can’t help because it isn’t a person. I asked for customer service and there wasn’t anyway to get a real person. It hung up on me. Again the hotel worked well with me and made it work for me. I will not go through booking.com ever again. I will call the hotel and book directly through the hotel. There was also an additional $50 charge.

The staff members were amazing. I love that check out is 12:00.

I didn’t like booking through booking.com. I learned not to ever do that again. I clicked to book a room that was refundable.
