Nothing no one would answer the phone

They would not answer the phone as I needed to discuss rescheduling after my event was canceled due to weather

clenliness Quiet without a lot of foot traffic. Location was out ot the way of foot traffic.

Not that I didn't like it but I wish they had a vegetable (spuds) with the breakfast.

Cheap price for a suite room. I liked having the two TVs, that was very nice.

Furniture in the Living area was used, chipped, cheap. Ottoman was dirty.

Friendly staff and clean room.

Location, next to the Airport which is farther than I wanted to drive to my doctor appt.

Floors need to be cleaned. Breakfast was terrible.

The room smelled musty, the floors turned my kids feet black, the maids were arguing very loudly outside our room, the morning lady at the desk was always on her phone & never acknowledged us, our room was never cleaned, & the cart was broken.

The rooms are clean enough, the prices are fair.

I have stayed here many time and it has always been a pleasant. Like others reviews have said, the man working the front desk is incredibly rude. I will not be a returning customer next time I visit the in-law, in so far as he continues to work there.

The man at the front desk was rude. There was a smell in the whole build that made my allergies act up, even with me being on meds. Dust in the rooms on lamps and furniture. Scramble eggs were cold and running.

Location. Staff were pleasant to deal with. Room was good.

Pet policy was not obvious when I made the reservation. $30 per pet is excessive. Hotel had paint fumes throughout and construction noise continued until late.

It was quiet and pretty clean even though there was renovation going on

Need fresher and more varieties of fruit to choose from in breakfast. Change the menu items from time to time.

Quit didn¿t bother you if u had sign on door

The bed was nasty the bedskirt Look like it hadn¿t been changed in years

The location was convenient.The parking was well lit and spacious.

The hotel room had a horribly strong mildew / mold smell that was really off putting and made the whole room feel dirty and skeevy.The smell was so strong during the night it made me feel sick. Dark stains on bathroom door and ac unit were gross.

The front desk staff and the free shuttle. They were so accommodating on shuttle and let me check in early. Bed fairly comfortable. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and very adequate selections for all tastes. Hot food available.

The room had an odor of chemicals as well as dingy. Need to have usb plug ins. Outdated room. Shower old.

I think the toilet was not properly attached to the floor, Though that's a slight maintenance issue..

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I checked in, there was only one girl working. However, she made me feel like I was the only person there.

It was nice to have it so close to the interstate for access, but that has the necessary road noise.

location to highway was good. Good for a one night stay.

walls are very thin. got woken up by ice machine being used right outside our room, as well as the ice fallen as it was being made.

Beds were comfortable.

Bathroom was not the cleanest. Ceiling looked like it had some mildewed spots on ceiling and rokm smelled a little musty.

The staff were friendly and quick to help check us in and give us directions to the room. They were up front about being short staffed and having to work long hours without complaining about it at Christmas time.

The pocket doors for the bathroom got stuck with my child inside and I had to get it open for them. Minor inconvenience for us but I'm a maintenance man, and could have been a bigger problem for people with less experience fixing things.

We got there at 8:45 there was no one behind the counter to check us in , apparently the clerk had walked off the job and didn¿t tell anyone. Got ahold of owner checked in at 10:30. Stayed 2 nights.
