The guy at the front desk was cool. We conversed about our younger years in Atlanta

We had a terrible experience and will be sending an email to explain. Rooms were moldy, very dirty, poorly kept. We will never stay at this location again.

Clean, poor breakfast, excellent staff, no weight room, quiet.

There was no ice machine. They had a cooler with a cup to dig out ice with every one?s hand in it. Then cup went back in cooler

The bed was too firm. The room humidity was awful when we checked in. The bedding was damp. We were told to turn on the air conditioner and it would get better . white comforters were stained.

The breakfast was nice and fresh

The room was filthy, our feet bottoms turned black, mold all over the tub, found trash and toiletries from the previous guests, the pool was filled with broken tiles, roaches in the hall, the TV had 20 channels total, rude male front desk clerk.

The renovation looks great. We have been staying there off and on for about 10 years. The hotel is much cleaner and brighter now.

The beds were extremely hard and not very comfortable in my opinion.

The girl running the counter was excellent even though she was just filling in she was great she went above and beyond, yes it's an older hotel but it stood it's own, it was clean, I would differently would go back.

Nothing it topped some of the top chain hotels

Housekeeping staff was very friendly

The upkeep of the grounds was good. The upkeep of the hotel and finishings were not good. The elevator floor and trim was cracked. Furniture was stained horribly. The shower head was so disgusting that I didn't shower. The staff didn't ask if I enjoyed.

The staff was very friendly. The location was spot on close to the function that I attended. That was the first time in the area. Beautiful area due to mountains. I would stay at this location again if I am in the area. The room had a odor in it.

There was an odor in the room but that is the only thing.

Only issue cold water was not working.

Clean room. Spacious size.

Could only get hot water out of faucet in shower/tub.

Staff was fantastic night and day crew was great

Location and cleanliness

We requested a non-smoking room which ours was with signage stating no smoking etc. However, the room was not always a no smoking room and had cigarette burn marks on the bathtub and a cigarette smoke order. Not overpowering but still there.

Free breakfast was wonderful and also close local restaurants nearby if you wanted a quick late night bite

Had to recharge our swipe room keys daily. Whether it was near cell phone or not, didn’t last more than 12-14 hrs until we’d have to go back to front desk again to have them recoded!

The room was heavily smoked in and it was their last room.
