- Worse hotel experience of my life.. pictures on Booking.com were very misleading. Hotel was so run down and filthy. Floors were dirty, bugs on the wall, which we found out were actually bed bugs. We did not stay and are requesting a refund. I needed help and tried to contact Booking.com and could only get AI and that was useless. No internet service so I had to wait until I got home to respond how bad it actually was.... HELP! Need refund... terrible experience.

Pool un usable, laundry broken, the smell of cigarette smoke smell in room and hallway
