Absolutely nothing. It was disgusting.
Front desk staff is very friendly, good location.
The sheets seemed clean. It had a fridge and TV.

Cons -

I disliked the entire experience....... the worse property I've ever stayed in.
Extremely dirty. Like, the health department needs to get in there.
The floor was grossly dirty, not sure how they feel they could claim "renovated". The blanket was just a 2nd sheet and the pillows were like cardboard. And an extended stay with 0 kitchen items? Oh, and behind the nightstand was REALLY gross!!

The bed was clean and was very comfortable

Absolutely filthy. Everything other than the bed was dirty. Sticky counter tops, base of toilet and tub stopped mud, sticky light switches, looked like ketchup. The refrigerator did not work at all
