Cons -

  • Appeared management had the hotel understaffed during our stay. Nobody around the front desk on multiple occasions, and breakfast items were not not adequately serviced.
  • Not at all
  • Room overwhelming smell of bleach, dusty, room was next to water heater/utility room constant noise - sounded like shoes tumbling in a dryer all night, constantly heard exit door slamming shut all night. Extremely hard lumpy mattress-needs replacing.

The staff at this hotel was friendly and professional. I checked in late and the front desk person was ready for me. SO GRATEFUL.
