- Spa timer didn?t work
- Lady that checked us in was very rude and gave my room away even though I made a reservation. I have 2 small children and needed the extra space she didn't care and was extremely rude.
- Did not receive all the channels throughout the hotel due to a glitch, but maintenance was on it the next morning. Unable to walk to restaurants-had to drive, but gas station/market within a block had pizza and chicken to go.
