Pros +
- The staff was so friendly! The gentleman working the Starbucks was so helpful with information about the national park! The check in staff was also super kind and helpful! The hotel was so clean and inviting.
- Location, great design and decor
- Over the past 40 years I have stayed in Gatlinburg approximately 15 times. This hotel was by far the best facility.
Cons -
- The pillows in the room are terrible. They squish down to nothing when laying on them.
- Very loud noise from the heater. Didn’t sleep at all. Once we told the manager during checkout she stated they knew of the issue and would have maintenance look at it again. Why would you give us this room with a know issue?
- Probably could use a heated pool as mountains make a lot of shade but nothing else.

Location, great design and decor

Rooftop bar and restaurant. The pumped in fresh smells throughout.
