Very dirty Staff rude, did not address any concerns, brushed us off Rooms rundown Hallways had stains everywhere No hot water Very thin walls!!! Can¿t sleep as everyone keeps moving and talking Dungy Stains on bedding

The condition of the hotel is very rundown and dirty, the carpet was filthy in the halls and the room. We had several rooms booked by family and they were all in the same conditions.

Quiet , beds comfortable, clean

Location was perfect, free breakfast was great, nice staff.

Amenities were average. Pool was over-chlorinated.

Didn¿t really like much about it because the room was nasty the carpet had black stains in the runway and the walls were different colors of paint and not to mention the bathroom had hair in the floor from previous tenants it seemed really nasty

There was not but one thing I did like and that was the breakfast but I would not recommend this hotel as it is not clean at all

Free breakfast

Door to balcony (that overlooked the parking lot) let light in while sleeping. Floor was not level. Took a long time for hot water.

The hotel needs a lot of renovating. Carpet looked dirty. Pool was ok, not great. Hot tub was empty and not working. The worst part was seeing German Roaches in the bathroom. I had to check out at 7pm the first night and find a better place to stay.

There was a problem with the room we booked. The smell was   terrible, but staff at the front desk was so awesome. She moved us to a different room which was nice.

It was not as clean as I would¿ve liked. There were a lot of hairs in the bathroom. Carpet and floors were sticky like too much chemical had been used.

Breakfast

Extremely dirty indoor pool that you actually have to go outside to access. Hot tub was roped off with caution tape. Room still had garbage from previous customers. Asked to change rooms twice and was told no. Would not stay again, ever.

Location was the only thing good about this hotel

Place is dirty and not well maintained pictures misrepresent what the hotel actually looks like. It is list as having a hot tub but has obviously been closed for a long time breakfast was terrible.

Location of the hotel is great and the staff was very nice

My wife called 2 days before we went to check in to make sure the pool was heated. Hotel said yes. We arrive at the hotel and the pool has no water in it. Also it is not attached to the hotel. We cancelled the room and went elsewhere.

The staff and breakfast were great! Location wasn¿t so bad either. It¿s still a little walk.

The room was very dusty/dirty and dated. I don¿t mind dated rooms as long as it¿s clean. The sofa bed has previous guest clothing wrapped in the sheets. The walls had hand and foot prints. The curtains were very very dusty and miniblinds broken.

Located on the strip, nice free continental breakfast, free parking, comfy beds, friendly staff.

Not enough places to sit and eat breakfast.

I loved the breakfast and the staff. Very geniune people, and we enjoyed talking to them. The location is great. Obviously, walking distance to everything.

cleanliness-room had dirt in the bathroom & the toilet paper holder fell off room-needs to be updated with a bathroom fan instead of heater. deck door-there needs to be something to cover the deck door at night to block out the light from the outside.

Breakfast was not very good. Coffee was awful and the set up was chaotic.

Fantastic access to Smokies National park

It was dirty, smelly, unkept. We were upgraded to a room that had a hole in the carpet and frayed edges. Lock parts missing and the doorknob about to fall of the balcony door. I knew it wouldn¿t be five star, but the pics do not portray reality

The staff was outstanding. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but everyone we encountered was kind, courteous, and professional.

The only issue we had was that the hotel was at the very end of the strip. It was very quiet but a long walk from all the shops and restaurants. Also, the pool needs to be re-glazed. It was chipping inside the pool walls.

It was in Gatlinburg on the main drag close to the trolly stops.

Had reservation for an accessible room with a balcony. Room on 3rd floor, down end of hallway, take a left, travel down another hallway, down a slope to 3rd room on the right. Window in room overlooked hallway. Breakfast totally not as advertised.
