- We love the historic charm of this hotel in the midst of downtown! The staff was welcoming! Breakfast was delish! The view of the skylift was nice! Will stay again in future!
- Friendly staff and excellent location. Relaxed atmosphere in an historic location.
- This was our second stay. Even though it isn't the most modern hotel it is very much a great place. Lots of history! We love being in the heart of Gatlinburg. We will definitely stay again!

- Needs allot of upgrades, but we figured because it was a historical hotel that was the reason. Best location for access to shops and everything in Gatlinburg. Pool was not available to swim, that would of been nice.
