Quality Inn Creekside - Downtown Gatlinburg

Accommodating front desk clerk.

This was the second hotel on this trip that we had to change rooms due to unacceptable conditions. This room had mold, a horrible smell, dirty walls, an air conditioner that didn’t work, and an outside patio door with a door handle that was broken.

The rooms were dirty, there was stuff splattered on the walls, the from door was so dirty, there was food on the floor there were 4 towels that were left over from the last people. I have pics, we left this hotel and did not stay because is was so dirty

2 roaches in room, thick dust on tub top edges and exhaust fan, black corners in bathrooms, tub diverter leaked badly, floors cluttered in elevator and building entrance, office door does not fully open, carpet in breakfast area stained

Everything else. Employee got my car towed cost me 400$ he told us wrong parking lot. Changed rooms 4 times because they were nasty or needed repairs. Breakfast was trash. Pool was not cleaned so we couldn’t use it.

Location. Its at a great location on the strip in Gatlinburg. Its also nestled far enough back off the road that you don't hear traffic. A nice creek is running through the property.

The room we had was somewhat clean but had a foul musty moldy smell. We did not ask for a different room because upon check in we were told it was the last room. Mattress was very worn out and uncomfortable. Breakfast was nasty at best. Not returning.

Staff was friendly and cooperative.They were soft spoken and were well behaved

I was promised mountainview room when booking was made at priceline.However ,no mountainview room was provided. At the same price creekside room could have been booked but it was not offered.

The scenic view is unworldly!

Should be more clean, specially the garage as it the entrance.

Room was apparently under renovation and was missing a few things like comfort seating and bathroom accessories. but was not an issue for 1 night stay. Parking lot is frequented by roaming bears at night and staff will warn about them.

Room smelled like mold, tub didn’t drain, room was half painted and what was painted was done very messy, paint on table and chairs in room. I know it was pet room but definitely could have been better cared for.

$--- disappointment. Property rundown. Room smelled of urine when we arrived. AC cooled but didn’t remove humidity. Dirt caked in corners of bathroom floor. Some outlets didn’t work. Left 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel per day for 2 people. Floors dirty.

Doors are thin and you can see through the cracks on the doors, rooms are outdated and tiles are cracking, shower curtain was mildewed.

Staff was rude. I had to wait for long even though the attendant was there and was ignoring me.

Location!! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The Bears are entertaining!

The elevator to the Hilltop building doesn’t work

My room was infested with stink bugs. I asked the staff to come with a can of Raid and they never did. They offered me another room and it had stink bugs in it as well. I am handicapped. It was supposed to have an elevator--BROKEN!

The room was outdated, not well maintained. Wanted to get out asap.
