How is sounded in the ad

Arriving and they did not have a room for us!! We still have not gotten our money back.

Location. Rooms with excellent views

There were a few pieces of furniture that definitely needed to be replaced such as the chairs and the lamp. Also, it needed some painting where it was peeling and chipping.

Great staff and beautiful room. Loved the fireplace and balcony over the creek.

Elevator needs updating and the breakfast was not the best. I stuck with bagels and yoghurt

I was next door to my sister and the view in morning.

Bugs!! Every night my husband and I spent a half hour killing the bugs off curtains and the ceiling the walls.

The manager was kind but ineffective

No working in phone. Front desk banged on my after midnight because of their confusion as to who was in what room.

Location and staff.

It was very run down with a dire need of updates. Room has a musty smell that never went away.

Massive room with a wood burning fireplace, firewood available, and a balcony overlooking the babbling stream. Lots of storage for getting suitcases out of the way and keeping the room clutter free. We even saw some bears from our balcony as they visited.

Continental breakfast was excellent, but it would have been nice to have some protein options.

The room,lock was broken tried calling the staff multiple times but no response it was too late for us to walk few minutes to the office because of the bears we didn't want to go that late but couldn't sleep all night because door wasnt locked

Location and the brook behind the room. The room and bathroom were clean.

Very outdated. The spread and matching pillows smelled. As if they had not been cleaned in quite some time. The AC unit was struggling to keep the room cool. It is an older unit that needs replacing. There is a big gap under the door. Bates Motel.-ish.

The rooms were clean and big. Pool was open late, great hot tub

I paid an extra hundred that I was not told about after I paid $--- on line, they said I would only owe $18 for the resort fee after I checked out. When I checked out instead of the $18 they charged me another $120. I feel like I got ripped off. I was mad

The friendly staff, the 3 bears we seen right behind there in the creek an 1 walking around the parking lot.

We love staying here! Pool and hot tub are great, parking is perfect, and housekeeping is great too!! We?ve stayed here before, and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, unfortunately they took that away! The continental breakfast is not it, no protein options!

Please bring the breakfast buffet back! There are no protein options with the continental breakfast you currently have. We?d rather pay for the breakfast buffet as it had plenty of options. It will be a consideration when we book our next trip here.

location was acceptable

remote missing, smelt musty, nasty under the bed, dead bugs and live ones. I was refused my money back. We cut our trip short because of these issues.

Didnt find any bugs.

1) The matress was broken down, had a large dip (as if a large person were on it, when it was empty).. smashed down on one side. 2) Fireplace isn't functional? 3)Breakfast was blah

The hotel need updating. No closet to hang clothes. Bathroom was musty.

We had a 2 night get away at this location to de-stress a bit. Sitting on the balcony and watching the river go by below was the perfect calming antidote to restore my soul.
