- Outside appearance was a little concerning. Inside was very nice, rooms, indoor pool, free full breakfast, location, all were great.
- Location within walking distance to downtown. Double charged for stay but quickly corrected.
- Room was clean, nothing to complain about, Nice beds and sheets. Easy walking access to downtown Gatlinburg

- Bathroom beed to be fix, specially doors. Apart from that everything was good. Breakfast also needs a upgrade.
- Rooms were in need of updating. Some need of minor repairs.
