- THE TOILET WOULDN'T FLUSH, THE SHOWER WOULDN'T DRAIN, THERE WAS A GAP IN THE FRONT DOOR BIG ENOUGH YOU COULD SEE OUT SIDE AND BUGS WERE GETTING IN. IT WASNT SECURE, THE FIREPLACE DIDNT WORK. THE HOT TUB WAS TO HOT TO ACTUALLY USE AND THE POOL WAS TO DIRTY

Easy walking distance of downtown. Have stayed at Olde Gatlinburg Place for twenty plus years and always have been pleased with various units. Except this one #412
Room #412 is in need of total remodel. Sofa was torn and unusable. Room s were dusty and need a deep cleaning. Coffee table broken, fried needed defrosting, furniture was too large for the condo. Carpet needs to be replaced or at least cleaned.
The staff was nice and as far as accomadations go, you get what you paid for.
Pool wasnt clean, promised room with private balcony and recieved room with public walkway and no balcony, wifi was spotty..

The hotel was extremely close to the parkway, so it had great walkability. The timed fireplaces and private balconies were also a huge plus.
We have stayed several times, and every room is different due to different owners. Some take better care of their units than others. This one happened to be just a little dated, but everything was functional and clean.
