Air conditioner in the room was very loud, the fan was squeaky.

 front desk was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and so welcoming! Very clean!!

Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was updated, and it was easy to find.

Cleanliness, great breakfast, staff were very accommodating. Location, easy to find and close to restaurants. The historic downtown only a few blocks away. Very safe.

The room we stayed in down stairs had old mattresses. Very uncomfortable they need to replace room 115. They were lumpy and squeaked when you moved.

The location, cleanliness, breakfast options, and friendliness of the staff were what I liked best about this hotel.

First impressions are always important to me, when I entered the lobby it was very clean and organized. No full trash cans and even the breakfast area was seemingly spotless. They had fresh coffee available. The staff was very friendly.

Nothing to dislike as far as I was concerned.

We did really want just plain juice at breakfast and all they had was a dairy smoothie with Mango or coffee/tea

Yes I checked out the 19th and that they made unauthorized   200 debit and sat they said have to talk to manager in the m  and no manager there. So they have a total of ---- taken from acct.Was told I need to call back tomm. She hung up on me.unprofessi

Easy access to local businesses and very clean. Newly updated and quiet. Room darkening shades block out all light so you can sleep in.

They are renovating parts of the hotel. Painting in the lobby and working outside on the covered entrance. Work starts at 8 am and can be heard from our room. If you’re looking to relax and sleep in this may not be the best choice for you. Gym is closed

It was a nice clean room with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure.

The fire alarm went off twice between 3:30-4:00 am for no reason.

The pride the employees take in the cleanliness of the hotel and making their guest feel welcome.

The hotel itself was great.

The cleaning lady stated she had a funeral to go to and was in a rush. That in itself is understandable but, the hotel management should've made that happen for their employee not us.

I have stayed at several Hampton Inns prior, all with good experiences. Perhaps it was the southern hospitality that put Hampton Inn Gallatin far above the others. Whatever it was it was very appreciated and an enjoyable stay.

Only negative experience would be when I was walking down to check-out, the housekeeping manager I assume, was talking with her staff for a morning report and I was taken a back by her demeaning tone with her staff in a public space.

Convenient location, excellent customer service, clean room, great coffee and breakfast

Bed was not very comfortable -- like, was one of the least comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a hotel. Very disappointing for our one night away from toddlers and a chance for a quiet, long night of sleep!
