- Accommodations for my dog were nice
- Everything was perfect (cleanliness of rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby, gym, pool and grounds of property) were above satisfactory. Customer service was amazing and very helpful of any questions.
- The location to everything.
Cons -
- I spoke to the cleaning staff when they were working at the room beside my room. I had asked for an extra towel. I left for a conference and came back that evening to a room that had not been cleaned
- The Jacuzzi is still broken.
