- The shower curtain rod was broken and could not close curtain The mattress is smaller than the bedframe and the comforter falls in such a way that it's not obvious. My partner and I both were bruised from this hazard. The front desk was never staffed.
- Staff unwillingness to help or explain
- It was lacking in electrical outlets. Had to unplug clock, lamp to use Cpap machine, rechargers for computer and phone. There were no facial tissues in room, no coffee cups for coffee maker. Bathroom sink was not cleaned during daily cleanup.
